Capabilities
- Advanced Quality Waterjet is one of the largest waterjet job shops in the USA. We have 4 machines in two locations.
- Our table sizes range from 60 x 130 up to 85 x 180 inches. The small table can precisely cut parts as small as a dime.
- We have equipment specially designed for brittle materials like glass, laminates and plastic.
- Our largest cutting envelop is 77 x 165 inches. Thickness of a material to cut can range from 0.010 to 7.5 inches.
- All of our machines have OMAX Tilt-A-Jet® capability. This means that we can control the amount of taper that is normally inherent in the waterjet cutting process.
- For very precise work, we have optical locating capabilities.
- Normal tolerances are ± 0.005 inches; however, in some designs, we can control ± 0.001 inches.
- We can create your design for you, or import most CAD file types as well as PDF, jeg, gif, tif and many others.
- We’d be happy to coordinate secondary operations for you such as grinding, heat treat, etc.
- We can ship your parts or delivery them to you. Lets us know how you’d like to receive the product.
